Updated Every code tested in-gameVerified on the official 99 Nights in the Forest page on Roblox
Three 99 Nights in the Forest codes work as of October 22, 2026: awardwinner_yay, forestwakesup26 and afterparty. Together they’re worth 45 free Diamonds plus a handful of random Flames. Redeem them in the lobby by tapping the Diamond icon and opening Codes. The old Halloween code, happyhalloween, is expired.
We didn’t just copy these from another list. My brother and I play 99 Nights, and on October 22 we put every code through the in-game Codes menu: the three working ones answered “already redeemed” on our account (we’d claimed them when they dropped), and happyhalloween came back as a code that doesn’t exist. If you’re still picking up Roblox tips for beginners, start there, then come back for the Diamonds.

Which 99 Nights in the Forest Codes Work Right Now?
Three codes work in 99 Nights in the Forest right now, and each one can be claimed once per Roblox account. Copy them exactly as written, underscore included.
| Code | Reward | Our in-game test (Oct 22, 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| awardwinner_yay | 15 Diamonds + 3 random Flames | Works (already redeemed on our account) |
| forestwakesup26 | 15 Diamonds + 3 random Flames | Works (already redeemed on our account) |
| afterparty | 15 Diamonds | Works (already redeemed on our account) |
How Do You Redeem Codes in 99 Nights in the Forest?
You redeem 99 Nights in the Forest codes from the Codes button inside the Currency Shop, and it only opens in the lobby, not mid-run. It takes about 20 seconds:
- Launch 99 Nights in the Forest and stay in the lobby.
- Tap the Diamond icon to open the Currency Shop.
- Hit the Codes button in the bottom-right corner of the shop.
- Paste a code into the text box and press Submit.
- Repeat for the other two codes, one at a time.
Why Isn’t My 99 Nights Code Working?
A 99 Nights code fails for one of four reasons, and the message the game shows tells you which:
- “Already redeemed”: the code works, but your account has used it. There’s no second claim.
- Code doesn’t exist: it’s either expired, like happyhalloween, or mistyped.
- A small typo: awardwinner_yay is the usual victim, because the underscore is easy to miss and pasted text can carry a hidden space. If pasting fails, type it by hand.
- You’re in a run: the Codes menu lives in the lobby, so head back there first.
Pro tip: our first try at awardwinner_yay came back as “doesn’t exist.” Typing it in by hand the second time worked, so a pasted code can pick up a stray space or character. If one code fails and the others don’t, retype it before you assume it’s expired.
What Are Diamonds Used for in 99 Nights in the Forest?
Diamonds unlock new classes and pay for class talents, which makes them the currency that actually changes how you play. The 45 Diamonds from these codes are a head start, not a whole class, so treat them as savings and stack them with everything you earn in runs.
Not sure which class deserves them? Our 99 Nights in the Forest class tier list ranks every one, so you don’t burn Diamonds on a class you’ll drop after two nights.
How Do You Get More Diamonds Without Codes?
You get far more Diamonds from playing than from codes. These are the free sources the community leans on:
- Badges: most badges pay a few Diamonds each, and there are dozens of them, including 8 that arrived with the June 2026 update.
- Chests: several chest types around the map can drop a Diamond.
- Cultist Strongholds: the most popular repeatable farm, and it works solo.
- Daily quests: added with the New Classes update in September 2026, they’re an easy daily top-up.
- Surviving longer: the deeper you get into the 99 nights, the more you earn.
If you keep dying before Night 10, fix that first. Our guide on how to survive 99 Nights in the Forest covers the camp, the Deer and the early nights.
Is There a Halloween Code in 99 Nights in the Forest?
No, there’s no Halloween code in 2026. The old happyhalloween code is expired, and when we tested it on October 22, the game said it doesn’t exist. This year’s Halloween rewards come from playing the Trick or Treat Part 1 event, which started on October 17.
It works like real trick-or-treating: wear costume pieces, knock on decorated houses at night and collect Candy. Knock without a costume and you’ll get a trick instead, with a debuff to match. Candy carries over between runs, and you spend it at Happy’s shop in the lobby. The two event pets are the big prizes: the Vampire Alpha Wolf for 200 Candy and the Candy Corn Bunny for 80. Halloween content stays in the game through October 31.
The Deer also has a cameo outside the forest this month as one of the nine monsters in The Hollow Roblox event.
When Do New 99 Nights Codes Come Out?
New 99 Nights in the Forest codes come out with big moments, not on a schedule. Every code so far lines up with a launch, a comeback or a celebration:
- September 2025: afterparty, the game’s first-ever code.
- June 13, 2026: forestwakesup26, released with “The Forest Wakes Up,” the update that brought the game back to a regular update cycle.
- September 19, 2026: awardwinner_yay, after 99 Nights won Best Survival Game at the Roblox Innovation Awards 2026, alongside a 2x Diamond weekend.
Codes are posted first on the developer’s official Discord, which you can open from the social links on the official game page. Updates usually land on Saturdays at 10 a.m. PT, so that’s when to check back. For every other game we track, see our Roblox codes hub, and the 99 Nights in the Forest guide hub has everything else about the game.
Heads up: there’s no “1000 Diamonds” code, and any site or video promising one is fishing for clicks or your account. Sites that sell 99 Nights Diamonds for real money break Roblox’s rules too. The only legit ways to get Diamonds are codes, playing, and the official Currency Shop in the game.

99 Nights in the Forest Codes FAQ
Does “yay fishing” still give free Diamonds?
Maybe. According to the community, typing “yay fishing” in chat during the fishing minigame, with a rod in hand, drops 2 Diamonds once per account. It isn’t a menu code, and we haven’t been able to confirm it on a fresh account, so treat it as a bonus if it works.
Can you redeem the same code twice?
No. Each 99 Nights code works once per Roblox account. A second try shows an “already redeemed” message, which is exactly what we got on October 22.
Who makes 99 Nights in the Forest?
99 Nights in the Forest is made by Grandma’s Favourite Games, a verified Roblox group. It launched in March 2025 and has passed 30 billion visits.
