Updated Verified against the Roblox Newsroom
The biggest Roblox news right now is The Hollow, Roblox’s official Halloween event, which runs from October 22 to November 2, 2026. Several of the platform’s top games are running their own Halloween events at the same time, and you’ll find the dates for each one below.
If you’re new to Roblox, start here for the basics before jumping into an event.
What Roblox Events Are Happening Right Now?
Three Halloween events overlap on Roblox this month, one from Roblox itself and two inside individual games:
| Event | Where | Dates |
|---|---|---|
| The Hollow (live now) | Roblox (platform-wide) | Oct 22 to Nov 2, 2026 |
| Halloween Dimension | Steal An Egg | Oct 17 to 24, 2026 |
| Halloween event | Blox Fruits | Oct 31, 2026 (announced) |
What Is The Hollow on Roblox?
The Hollow is Roblox’s official Halloween event for 2026, built around nine monsters from popular horror games like 99 Nights in the Forest, DOORS and Piggy. It went live on October 22 at 2 p.m. PT with The Deer from 99 Nights in the Forest as the first night’s monster. It runs until November 2, ends with a live finale on the morning of October 31, and rewards can be claimed until noon PST on November 2. Our The Hollow event guide has every monster, date and reward.
Which Roblox Games Have Halloween Events?
Steal An Egg and Blox Fruits both have Halloween content this month. Steal An Egg’s Halloween Dimension opened on October 17 through a portal at spawn, where you trade Candy Corn for an exclusive event egg until October 24; the Steal An Egg hub has the details. Blox Fruits developer Gamer Robot announced a Halloween event for October 31 in its official Blox Bulletin on October 17.
Where Does Our Roblox News Come From?
Our Roblox news comes from official sources first: the Roblox Newsroom, Roblox’s developer announcements, each game’s Roblox page and the developer’s own channels. Leaks and rumors only show up when they’re clearly labeled as coming from the community, and we never present them as confirmed. See our editorial policy for how we check every date.
