Updated
This page explains how BloBloxPedia researches, writes, checks and updates everything we publish. It’s the standard we hold ourselves to, and you’re welcome to hold us to it too.
How Do We Verify Roblox Codes?
We track codes wherever they first show up. That means the game’s description on its Roblox page, but also the developer’s community announcements: Discord announcement channels, X posts, Trello boards, group posts and update logs. A lot of codes drop there hours before they ever reach the game page.
We also keep our ears open in the wider player community, where tips, hidden rewards and new codes often surface first. Anything we hear there gets checked against the developer’s own channels before it goes on a codes list. We never make up codes, and we don’t copy them from other websites without confirming them first.
Every codes page links to the official source we used. When a code stops working, we move it to the expired list instead of quietly deleting it, so you don’t waste time typing it in. And if a game doesn’t offer codes at all, we say so plainly rather than padding the page.
Where Does Our Game Data Come From?
Player counts, visit totals, creation dates and developer names come from Roblox’s own public data. When we compare games, we pull their numbers at the same moment so they’re actually comparable, and every figure carries a date in the article. Update and event details come from official patch notes, developer announcements and the Roblox Newsroom. Third-party stat trackers can help us spot trends, but we don’t treat them as the final word.
How Do We Build Tier Lists?
Every tier list is built for the game’s current update, never an old one. We compare several up-to-date community rankings, check each change against the official patch notes, and add official data such as item lists and prices. When players genuinely disagree about an item, we name it as contested instead of pretending there’s one right answer.
Each list explains its method in a “How We Rank” section, and we re-rank when a balance patch or major update shifts the meta.
How Do We Write Guides and Best Games Lists?
Guides are built from official information, patch notes and what players consistently report. When we’ve played something ourselves, we share what we saw. When we haven’t, we stick to official info and community reports. We never invent gameplay stories or personal experiences to make a page sound more convincing.
Best games lists use dated player data plus selection criteria that we explain on each page, so you can see why a game made the cut.
Do We Use AI?
Yes, as a tool. AI helps us with research, outlines and first drafts. A person reviews every page before it’s published: checking facts against the original sources, making sure links go where they should and rewriting anything that doesn’t read right. AI never decides whether a code is valid or where an item ranks. Official sources and the method above do.
What Does the “Updated” Date Mean?
The date in the small “Updated” box under each title is the last time we made a real change to that page, such as adding codes, re-ranking items or adding new event info. We don’t bump dates just to make a page look fresh.
Which Sources Do We Link To?
We link to official sources: the game’s Roblox page, the developer’s own channels and Roblox announcements. We don’t link to sites that sell accounts, Robux or in-game items for real money, to “free Robux” generators, or to exploit and script sites. We also skip Discord invites that aren’t listed on the game’s official page, because fake servers are a common scam.
What Won’t We Publish?
- Exploits, scripts, executors or cheats of any kind.
- “Free Robux” methods, generators or giveaways that ask for your login.
- Real-money trading of accounts, Robux or in-game items.
- Content aimed at children under 13.
These break Roblox’s rules, put accounts at risk, or simply aren’t who we write for.
Do Ads Affect What We Write?
No. BloBloxPedia may show display ads to cover hosting and keep the site free, but advertisers never decide what we cover or how anything ranks. If we ever use affiliate links or publish sponsored content, we’ll label it clearly on that page.
How Do We Handle Corrections?
If something’s wrong, we want to know. Send it through our Contact page with the page link and what you found. We check it against the source and fix confirmed errors as fast as we can. If a correction changes the meaning of a page, such as a ranking or an event date, we note the fix on that page.
